EGSA Meeting, Picnic

EGSA,

A couple things happening tomorrow you should know about:

1) EGSA General Meeting (last of semester!)
Tuesday, April 3 @ 11:15am in CS G-03.
We will discuss the new summer funding, EGSA T-shirts, final social event for the semester, EGSA Nominations for 2012-2013, and address whatever questions you bring. This is a great opportunity to seek clarification on anything confusing, mention concerns, nominate yourself for an EGSA position (job descriptions soon available), etc. If you are unable to come, feel free to respond to this email if you would like us to discuss something. I will be taking minutes and distributing them in Friday’s digest, along with those from today’s council meeting.

2) GPD Appreciation Picnic (read: “free lunch”)
Tuesday, April 3 @ 12 noon in Burleson Quadrangle (in front of Carroll Science)
Lunch will be provided (sandwiches; vegetarian options available). We will walk over together from the EGSA meeting.
