Heteroglossia – Article Reading for TeaCHE
EGSA will be hosting our final Heteroglossia event for the year Friday, April 13th from 12:00-1:00 PM (location TBA). If you’re working toward the Teaching Certificate in Higher Ed or if you just want to discuss teaching, read any of the 4 articles linked below and join us for what we hope will be a rivetting lunchtime discussion.
If you read all 4 articles (most are very short, 6-7 pages each), you can earn 8 points toward completing category 5 of the teaching certificate requirements. Attached you will also find a sample tracking sheet (erase the data and insert yours) to make sure you have completed all portions of the teaching portfolio. Click on the hyperlinks to access necessary forms and to view a bibliography of approved books and articles. The spreadsheet will also calculate your total number of points in category 5 by adding together the numbers in each column.
Any questions? Please contact Joshua_Boyd@baylor.edu or DeAnn_Barta@baylor.edu
